Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions – Prohibited Items and Additional Fees
- Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters: Food and household trash, yard waste, hazardous chemicals, paint, concrete, and bricks. These restrictions are in place to comply with environmental regulations and ensure safe disposal practices.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer who rented the dumpster to ensure that no prohibited items are placed inside the dumpster during the rental period. We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their dumpster prior to requesting a pickup to confirm compliance with these terms.
- Additional Fees: If any prohibited items are found in the dumpster upon pickup and/ or disposal, the customer will be charged an additional fee to cover the costs associated with proper handling, disposal, and any potential fines or penalties incurred. Please see applicable fees under the “pricing” tab on our website.
- Acknowledgment of Terms: By hiring our dumpster rental services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. The customer accepts full financial responsibility for any prohibited items found in the dumpster, regardless of how they were placed there.
