The rating is really closer to 10 out of 5 stars, honestly and truly beyond amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Gerry Palmer, who’s dedication to superior customer service is unmatched. Among the many things that I appreciated about working with her: she not only responded quickly to my initial inquiry email, always patient and friendly, she was always available by phone and text (even over the long Memorial Day weekend!). She communicated at every step along the way and upon seeing the mess that I’d dug for myself, generated a solution that was infinitely easier for me and less expensive than my original plan— I was so grateful that I think I actually shed a tear! I’ve been telling everybody not to do like I did and let 20 years of stuff accumulate, talk to Gerry and consider getting Palmer to help!
